PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Mr. Palmer has over 20 years of experience working in the civil engineering industry. Through the years he has worked for consulting engineering firms in New York and Florida and was appointed to the position of City Engineer for the City of Amsterdam, New York.

Mr. Palmer has worked on a broad range of projects including commercial building site plans for CVS, Publix, Linens N Things, Wal-Mart, Burger King and other commercial developments of various sizes. He has designed several residential subdivisions as well as Town House projects.

Mr. Palmer’s municipal experience includes working for the Village of Coxsackie, NY on water and sewer system replacement or rehabilitation and complete roadway and sidewalk rehabilitation design plans. In his capacity as city engineer he was the engineer of record for city infrastructure improvement projects and was also the city’s commissioner of public works, in charge of the department of public works daily operations and administration.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Mr. Bilbao has several years of experience working in the Civil Engineering Industry. During the past 3 years, Miguel has worked in various sectors in the industry, such as Project Development and Environmental (PD&E), Transportation, and Land Development (Commercial & Residential).

While working in the Transportation and PD&E sectors, he worked on the NW 74th Street/Florida Turnpike Interchange Study in Miami, FL where he assisted in the design of various alternatives of interchange systems, in addition to the design of NW 74th street, a six lane arterial roadway facility. Other projects included the Florida East Coast Railway Study, Miami 21, and the Miami Street Car project.

In Land Development, Miguel has worked on a variety of projects in both Commercial and Residential sectors, responsible for site design (grading, water, sanitary & drainage), plan preparation, and permitting (SWFWMD, SFWMD, FDOT & FDEP). For Commercial, he has experience working with CVS, Walgreens & Publix. In Residential, he has worked on Multifamily and Single Family projects.
